Vivienne Dockerty

Vivienne Dockerty says.....

"After arriving back in the U.K. I enjoyed meeting lots of people at the Author Talks and book signing events that I was invited to. It was great connecting with my roots again and listening to other people's stories whilst I undertook research for my next book.

I was also regularly seen on the craft fair circuit where I made numerous friends as well as avid followers of my books. To all of this people I would like to say a big thank you and especially to those readers who posted a review after they had finished one of my books – see Testimonials.

Late 2016 Bill & I decided to move back to Australia where I am hoping to continue my Author Talks and book signing events. However, I am delighted to say that my good friend, Liz Donlan of Cards 4 All Occasions (also a regular at craft fairs) has taken over the selling of my books at craft fairs in the UK."

Vivienne's books are based around her ancestors, parents, grandmother and her own life. They start off with an ancestor of hers who came over from County Mayo in 1847 because of the potato famine.
